All salaries are inclusive of Islands Allowance. Appointment to the post will be on the first point of grade with annual incremental progression for permanent posts.
Job Description
Based at the Council Offices, Stornoway you will be required to undertake assessment and review roles and tasks in order to develop appropriate care packages to meet the assessed needs of service user/carers, within available resources, in accordance with the Comhairle eligibility criteria, or by enabling the service user to access community resources and to review care arrangements.
Requirements
You will have experience of multi-disciplinary/inter-agency working and a relevant qualification in social care/health.
PVG Scheme Record and a current driving licence are essential.
Appointment for a fixed term period of three months.
