Stefan Millar (21) appeared in the dock at a preliminary hearing at the High Court in Glasgow today. Millar of Dunabban Road, Inverness, is accused of killing 16-year-old Liam Aitchison at a property in the Steinish area of the Isle Lewis on November 23 last year.
