Liam Aitchison: The body of the 16-year-old was found in a derelict building. The funeral of a teenager allegedly murdered on a Scottish island will take place on Friday. The service for Liam Aitchison had to be postponed for two days earlier in the week because of storms. Parish priest Father Donald Mackay said the funeral will now take place at 1.30pm at St Peter's Church in Daliburgh, South Uist. Kaylee McIntosh: Died in a boating accident. Pic: © STV An army major is due to appear in court over the death of a Scots army cadet who drowned during a training exercise. Kaylee McIntosh died following a boat accident on Loch Carnan on South Uist in August 2007. The 14-year-old, from Fyvie, Aberdeenshire, became pinned beneath an overturned boat after being given a lifejacket which an inquiry ruled was unsuitable for cadets. Major George McCallum, 51, will appear at Inverness Sheriff Court on Wednesday in connection with the cadet's death.
