Location:  Location to be confirmed (Dumbarton or Clydebank)

Hours:  35 hours per week

Salary:   Grade 8  £31,498 – £34,399

Status:  Temporary for 1 year

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated social workers to join the Community Health and Care Team in a new initiative. To provide an assessment, care management and review service to individuals in a care setting within West Dunbartonshire and their carer’s. The team work closely with a number of Health professionals who provide services to the same client group and it is hoped to develop this working relationship further.

The main function of this post will be to review individuals currently in care and will include those who are subject to legislation under Adults with Incapacity.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified SSSC registered staff, DIPSW or equivalent and relevant experience is desirable.
