Heavy rain and high winds have caused some travel disruptionSnow, high winds and heavy rain showers have been affecting parts of Scotland with the weather hampering travel in some areas.
Ferry operator Caledonian MacBrayne was reporting that eight of its services had been disrupted.
Flood warnings have been issued for Ayrshire and Arran, Dumfries and Galloway and west central Scotland.
Ski centres in the Cairngorms, Glencoe and Glenshee and at Nevis Range and The Lecht have had snow showers.
Ferry services disrupted were Oban-Lismore, Oban-Craigmore, Berneray-Leverburgh, Mallaig-Eigg-Muck-Rum-Canna, Ardrossan-Brodick, Oban-Lochboisdale/Castlebay-Oban, Ullapool-Stornoway and the Ullapool-Stornoway freight sailing.
High wind warnings were also issued for the Kessock and Skye bridges in the Highlands.
