Job Description

Required to attend to the social, emotional and physical needs of residents and day care users so that each person is enabled to live as fulfilling and independent a life as possible.

The Individual

You should have an understanding of the needs of older people, the ability to listen effectively and communicate clearly and the ability to work as part of a team.

All salaries are inclusive of Islands Allowance. Appointment to posts will be on the first point of grade with annual incremental progression.
