Job Description

 

Home Care Workers will provide a range of services including personal care and practical assistance to elderly and disabled people living in their own homes.

To provide personal care and support in a holistic manner by assisting, enabling, maintaining and looking after the general wellbeing of the most vulnerable people in the community, according to their assessed need. Help them to maintain their dignity and independence and, where necessary, provide support to carers. There should be ongoing communication with all relevant professionals and a commitment to partnership working between health and social work in providing community care.

Hours of work are variable and you will be required to cover day time, evenings and weekends.

Requirements

 Driving Licence with access to a vehicle would be an advantage.
